Twitter Account Scammers - Newbie's must Watch

Today i was scammed by a Twitter Account Seller ,He promised me to sell a Big twitter account for 800$ .He insisted for a full payment but i went for a part payment ,I was suspicious about him but can't help with my greed overtaking my reasonable mind.
Here is his details in case he and people like him doesn't scam other people on different places

Did you confirmed that he owned the twitter account you were buying ?
in cases like these a third party or escrow is always great but you did great with paypal and surely you will get your money back incase you disputed right after payment

I took the email (through which i contacted him) right from the Twitter Account which i wanted to purchase -The email was mentioned on that Account,Though i became hesitant when once Google flagged that email as compromised and suggested me to deal carefully,I should have been alerted at that moment,Should have been more aggressive in proving his credentials like going for live tweet etc

Hey It happened same with me .. A guy who are providing a youtube views panel i had doubt but he sent to me proper paypal invoice of 400$ i had made payment after it when i had asked to about my order then he removed me on skype and block me.. what should i do know .. i don't know he is in BHW or not ... but i got him on freelancer.com.. now his account closed on there .. Help me guys what should i do now.. Thanks

Always make part payments. Never pay all the money at once. Always use Paypal and never Western Union since on Paypal it is easy to get your money back for digital goods.

I am not sure when did you check it last time,but it is quite difficult to get your money back for digital items.First of paypal is not giving you any protection if it is a digital good.They will deal with the case and after waiting for a month they will say that the seller is the winner.Even when you do a chargeback you have to run 2 rounds with your bank to get it back.
I was lucky/smart enough to push my bank to get my money back from paypal,stating that the amount of money that they took from me was already a crime in my country,which involves jail time.
So my suggestion is that never pay with paypal,only with escrow service.Paypal will screw you over and over and over again!!! This is a fact that i can prove!

Yup this guy is a known scammer in the Twitter account world. Look out guys he is trouble and pretty convincing from what I hear

And this i another Scammer... who make project on freelancer.com and he post attractive offer like... ( Unlimted views , unlimted facebook likes in fast speed with full accesss panel ) he also mention skype ID -- after it he will add you on skype and take payment then with in few minuts remove you on skype..and you will find project cancelled on freelancer.

Be careful and weigh your Pro's and Cons before making a part payment ,as i hear its get more complicated with Part Payments and Paypal ask people to refrain from doing so

best is to use a credit card with paypal that way if something goes bad , you can go to the credit card company and you'll likely get your money back,
