google and lyrics

ok so im thinking about creating a website on the music niche (music videos, top20, song lyrics...) my questions are:
1) would google see the lyrics as duplicate content....cuz there are tons of websites with the same lyrics, how would google know that they are lyrics and they are the same cuz thats the way its supposed to be...

2) can i just use any music video i find on youtube or is it forbidden

To answer your second question, you absolutely CAN put up videos you find on YouTube as long as they are embedded.

Also about the duplicate content, you should for the most part be fine, all those other sites are. The big thing here is to have music industry news in addition (which should be unique, I'm thinking wordpress rss leecher and rewriter).

That would be a great feature though... To have the actual embedded video on the same page as the lyrics.
