UPDATE: I have now received one of my three reports from my bulk order I made on 7/19. (one of the Answer Mongoose reports). The report is thorough and the profiles created are very good quality - which is what I've come to expect from MarketMongoose - good work.
Interestingly, in the delivery of the report the delivering party from MM cited that...
"Our AnswerMongoose campaign for you is producing positive results."
So far, my analytics have not measured any incoming traffic from the questions/answers/links/referring domains where they were made in this services, so I'm not sure about whether the investment (at least in my niche) was a good one yet for me specifically (and what the basis for using the phrase 'positive results' was). Will update again in a couple weeks with any actual results on traffic (if any) from these placements/domains.
Overall, as a managed service for Q/A sites, I could see this working pretty well if someone really doesn't have the time to do it themselves. Certainly it has its place in diversifying citations/linkage and mentions for your website and brand, there's no doubt. All serious IM'rs need this, so this fills a need for sure.

So, I'm still missing one answer mongoose report and one forum mongoose report. I understand that there may have been some snags with deleted accounts etc... and (because MarketMongoose is WHO they are - a very good provider), I'm okay with staying in a hold pattern for a few more days until it gets ironed out and my reports (hopefully) get sent.
I try to remain transparent and honest in all my reviews and opinions on services, so I want to make sure I'm honest here - I was hopeful, that these placements would produce some traffic, etc. - so on that end, I am a little disappointed thus far (maybe it's too early to tell), but my niche is kind of tough,...
But then again... that's why I used MarketMongoose.(they're the best right?)
Just quoting their signature line I always get in their emails to me...
"Do you know we have ranked over 1500 sites in toughest niches like diet-pills/adult/casino/gambling/viagra..."
@IndianBill - Perhaps when all the dust settles on these particular services/completions - you (or someone on your team) can have a look at my site involved and counsel me as to which of your services can produce the results I'm looking for on this particular site. - I'll pickup this conversation offline / PM with you...

Yes the traffic will start once the Q/As start ranking for your keywords. It also depends on your keyword's search volume really on how much traffic you can expect.
In case you want I shall blast the QA links and do some tier2 link building on them with your keywords as anchors. Although that shouldn't be needed. Don't worry we shall do everything possible under our control to get you value of your investment.
Lets just wait a little and see how things are looking and after that I can plan the next steps.
