Higher Ranking in Google & Alexa?

What is the best way to get higher ranking.. the only things that i been doing is PRSTROM, RSS Submitter and that Chinese program that now everyone saying it's actually gonna lower your ranking! Any ideas? my site is almost a month old! Thanks!

Well I can tell you from experience that the chinese program will not help your ranking in google. Have you looked into xrumer? It helped get my site a PR5 in just a few months but you have to use it wisely as to not get too many links all at once and not to leave any footprints, which is difficult to do with auto submitters.
