My personal feedback is I much rather see the date joined instead of Longevity in people's display on their posts...
The longevity doesn't really mean much to me and when I try to figure out how long someone has been here I compare it to my longevity % and try to calculate when they joined which is a hassle when previously I could see their join date.
Not a huge issue but nice to know when considering people for JVs or similar type things.
