yes, depends on your products but if you selling teas - related to grocery, % fee is 12%/revenue, fee of paypal is 2.9% + 30 cent / transaction.
you will pay more if you promote your products on ebay like photos, bold tittle name...

There is no cost to you or the someone, you just share in the profits for listing the item.
