lol. wow i cannot believe people are in blackhat and do not know anything about hardware id...listen your hardware id is the uuid. Your harddrive has a identification number and Ebay, paypal, google adsense, your bank..world or warcraft...etc..all record your mac address and your hardware id/uuid/device id. If you do not change both your mac address and your hardware/device id then your account will be suspended. Do some research and change both your mac address, uuid, dns ip/isp ip address, and computer ip address, user agent, geo location,cookies/flash, screen resolution, and window size and you are good. If you do not you are playing russian roulette. Have fun!!!

This is NOT true of Amazon. Amazon DO NOT track MAC address, this proven in many areas.
eBay do not track MAC either. Safest methods is VMWARE and for eBay new windows user accounts with dongles for a new IP address.

I've read the term "machine number" or "machine id" referred to several times in discussions of how az/ebay might be able to link someone to a suspended account. Probably safest route is to buy a NEW cheap computer (although creating a new user account or creating a new virtual machine for your present computer is viable also). You could maybe use a used computer, but beware it *might* have already been linked to some other ebay/amazon account that could possibly get you suspended again AFAIK.
