Any of you who fail at setting that up is a WEAK.

I just did it FULL BLACK HAT on France.

Go buy a prepaid card. 10euros

Activate it online at a cybercafe. 1euros

Buy a monthly Ip Vanish membership. 9euros

From now on use the VPN:

Open a mail account. 5 minutes

Go paypal and register. (You don't even need a valid mail but if you plan to keep the account long term I suggest you do.) 5minutes

Verify the account by verifying the card. 2 euros and 3minutes

BAM Full on Verify Paypal account.

False identity fill everywhere.

Have the person in Cambodia create a stealth US Paypal, that has a real US street address (from a friend, maildrop, JY partner etc). Apply for the US debit card and use the US address to ship the card. You may have to try a couple of reloadable debit card applications to get your faux info past one of the online applications. Once you get the card mailed to you and activated, you can attach it to the Paypal (it might be preferable to get this done by somebody on the US side on a US IP).

wondering if anyone can help me out with some info. I made my own stealth account and went to link a netspend bank account before i received the debit card in the mail. while i was waiting for the 2 transactions to hit my netspend account i realized that i would be better off just purchasing a stealth account with no limits instead of using the account i created. well i did (from buyvcc) and now i am wondering if i can use that netspend bank account on the stealth account i purchased and still be safe. also because i tried to link the bank account to PP before activating my netspend card, the 2 transactions sent by PP were reversed and never reached my netspend account. Paypal removed the bank on its own and now there is no bank account waiting to be confirmed. can i use this netspend bank account on my new stealth paypal and be safe from being limited or linked because the VBA was never actually confirmed on PP.
