What to promote on Facebook?

So what would you guys advice me to promote on Facebook?
I now learned how to create unlimited phone verified Facebook accounts and how to get top comment on pages.
Now I just need something to promote. I am familier with Clickbank but would rather have people sign a free trial or create a free account, so more something like PPL rather than selling products.
I got two websites promoting sexcam offers, but would prefer promoting something more "lighter" and suitable for Facebook.
Any tips?

If you knw how to get top comment you can try cloacking to clock your affiliate links of adult website .Get it on top comments and see how it goes.
Another method choose a niche and cpa offers in same niche post on niche relevant pages with cpa offers links cloacked.

If you decide to promote webcam offers then the chances of someone reporting you is very high. Which means your accounts won't last very long. About health offers OP? There's a huge market for this on FB. You just gotta be careful and make sure you cloak your links.
