Just arrange for the stock to be delivered to a dropshipping warehouse.
 
This is not a dropshipper, the stock holder wants me to collect. So I need a fulfillment company?

My suggestion was to arrange for the stock you buy to be delivered to a dropshipping warehouse - they then act as the fulfilment company
