Help make my site convert sales?

Hi, I have a website what is ranking for a few keywords, i set it up to see if i could rank it and now i need to monetize it. I don't believe adding adwords is going to convert i need somebody to make my website sell?
Can anybody recommend anybody?

Looking at your previous posts, I would say your site is not ready for monetization.

Are you selling a product on the site?
How many keywords are you ranking for and what position?
What is the competition like and how are they monetizing their sites?
How much quality content do you have?
What are your traffic stats?
Why do you think the site will not be suitable for AdSense?
Have you thought about ClickBank, Amazon or an adsense alternative?

AdWords drive traffic, is the marketing strategy on your website that sells, maybe you meant AdSense? In case you don't need someone that seels, people click on them and you earn money. If you are selling products you can try to create some affiliate links on your niche.

Are you sure are right keywords to sell something on your site?
In my opinion 80% of projects fail for the wrong keyword research method/process.

Assuming your ranking for relevant keywords..
I would make sure your site loads fast and looks amazing.
Try to brand it or have a pro brand it for you.

Then make sure your offers are solid, compare them to competitors.
Then if you really need to convert, you could try running a live-chat on your site.
Also exit offers with coupons or promos could be good.
Remarketing to the right people could also help persuade those that are on the fence.
