No you simply can not.

I think it is to prevent spam bots, but who knows.
Maybe Instagram will have an account verification where only verified accts can post clikable links.

i yet to see one clickable link in posts, it just simply cannot be done, the only place where a link is live and clickable is in the website field what CriminalMind posted above

the only clickable thing in posts is the @ mention and # hashtags, that's why a lot of people go on the route where they have a main/money account and plenty of others which @ mention the main account to maximize the traffic

I haven'e seen one clickable links but what i have seen a lot of big bloggers do is that they simple paste the name of their blog or even a long link that people can copy paste into their browsers.

You really can't. The only click link is the bio of your profile. But what you can do is edit your picture you're going to post with watermarking back to your site or whatever
