Hey guys,

Recently signed up to the forum but have been a long time lurker.

I've decided to use Meathead's method with my own spin. I've done niche research and chosen a nice premium theme for my review site. Tomorrow I will be setting up my site and starting promotion. I realize that Google alerts is not so good now, so I will be using an alternative that basically does the same thing.

If I see positive results, I will scale up using Scrapebox - but I want to do everything manually first to get a feel for everything. That's it for now. Will keep this thread updated when I can.

I won't be doing any PPC if that's what you mean. I'm simply using an alternative to Google Alerts to drive traffic.
 
Here's a tip.
Dont use scrapebox for your money site.
First build some high quality backlinks and then you can use scrapebox for tier 1 and 2.
You have started taking action, you will get to learn a lot of thing, you might make many mistakes but don't just stop, just rectify them and keep moving on :)

I appreciate the tips man, but I'm not doing SEO. As I said in the OP - I'm using Meathead's method which requires no SEO - just Google alerts. It's in the "Making Money" section. And yes, I still have a lot to learn, even though I'm not a total noob :)
 
Try to go pure white hat.. blackhat will rank really well but white will stay longer.
 
For this method you don't need to rank in Google. It's instant traffic. This is just a start up project to generate a bank roll to invest in bigger things :)
 
So, I've been a little slow getting started due to personal issues. Finally started picking products for my niche. I'm using Clickbank because of the higher comissions and I'm in the dating/pick up girls niche. I chose this because sex sells, and always will - especially when there are tons of desperate guys out there (harsh but true).

I'm purposely choosing products that have great looking sales pages, with pics of hot chicks and lots of testimonials, although since my "review site" will be impartial - I won't be putting banners or anything like that on the site because it will look like a sales page. I still need a good WP review site theme... I've looked all over the place, but can't seem to find one I like. I had one before but changed my mind about it. Any suggestions?

Anyway. I'll try to keep this updated more regularly.

Good that you took steps, encourages others to do the same instead of sitting down and reading what others are doing without actually taking positive steps.

I hope you are taking steps too my man :) - it's actually unbelievable that I see people replying to serious money making threads on here, by veteran members, with something like "Wonderful share! I will try!". It's just like, man, do these people even exist?. I don't want to criticise because I am new (to BHW at least) but, it's just so ridiculous. They don't even bother to read the OP lol

Dude, it's on the first or second page in the "make money" section. I can't post links yet but it's called "Easy $100 a day - Perfect for Noobs." Make sure you read the first few pages and also the last few pages, because the method still works now, it's just people have suggested using different programs and stuff.
