Best tool for managing a twitter account?

I was wondering what everyone thinks the best tool for managing a twitter account in terms of scheduling tweets, newsfeed viewing, etc.

I have tried hootsuite, tweetdeck, and the twitter web client. Currently tweetdeck is the main tool.

ALSO, does anyone know a good client to schedule retweeting?

Tweetdeck will always be my favorite.

Not too sure about the re-tweet scheduling, haven't come across this just yet but it's something I could get built for you if the need is strong. PM if you want!

You can upload txt file with tweets and choose interval to post, amount to post, hours to post on each account separately
