Rule Clarification: I received an infraction

I received a warning for something I didn't actually intend to do but I do realize I made a mistake and I will own up to it. I respect this forum and I am not trying to "blackhat" it. But since I received an infraction does that mean I will never be able to post in the marketplace even with Jr. Vip membership? Also if someone was to be banned (I have not and I am not planning on getting banned but I am just trying to get a better understanding of the rules ) does that mean they will never be able to post in marketplace section?

Oh no I did not mean I have that was a typo I meant I have not and how long does it take for it to expire?

as a vip ive had 2 [ warnings on my account but never an infraction
generally speaking either way once it expires your good to go.

Yes, if you're banned it means you can never post in the marketplace

You can post in the marketplace as you only have a warning. If you are banned from the forum, you cannot post anywhere.
