Maybe you are confused my idea. I don't hire freelancer. I wonder the kind of this website can be accepted to the CPA network?

oops extremely sorry what website you never showed example...i have never used a website to apply CPA networks but depends on how you tackle the situation. You should create a good looking site with the offers you are looking to promote.

If you're website is spammy they will have a problem. Make a decent wordpress site with a couple of articles. Obviously a domain name is better than a free .blogspot.com.

I promote mostly by direct linking. Some of networks don't want a incentive traffic, right?
