Unfortunately this thread is old, but I just came across it now (sadly) and I am writing because of the amazing wrong information concerning this tool. I want to help those who wish to know more. May I state upfront that I am not an affiliate, and will not even send anyone to any link. I just want to tell people how the tool works and they can make up their minds if it is what they want or not.
This tool helps you to get blogs that you can visit and leave links on. What makes it different is that it uses your keyword to harvest targets for you based on the parameters you give it - .gov, .edu, and do follow. Then you can choose whether you want blogs that are 24hrs, 1 week or anytime in age. You can also ask the tool to get you Canadian, German, UK, France, Indian, Spanish, Russian, Netherland etc sites. You can then sort according to Google PR and take only the ones with the page ranks you want. You can then send the blogs to Scrapebox and use manual commenting (at least that's how I like to use them) Say Angela's links on steroids as it gives you sites that are relevant to the keywords of whatever site you are ranking - many authority sites PR4 - PR9 in .edu, .gov and do follow.
So it is not like SENuke. Rather it helps you to collect very relevant and new blogs with few or no comments and with good PRs where you can leave solid comments with your link. I sincerely hope that this helps somebody, seeing that this thread is old. If you find it here (search properly), I advice that you grab it. It still works for me - use it well and it will surely help your site.
