Hey mate,
From my experience and trial and errors found that its the IP's that trigger captchas, not the actual accounts. Similarly some IP's can create accounts in 2 captcha entries, some can take over 10 entries.

however if you'd like I can provide you with 5-10 accounts randomly to test. The rest of the batch will be very similar to the test accounts

Are you able to create forwarded Gmails?

I am working on smoother gmail account making and forwarding, I am testing a few things right now but at present I have pop and imap accounts as they are enabled by default now on gmail accounts, Cannot yet make forwarding
