Requirements:

1. IM niche
2. Top Tier 90%-100%
3. Cleaned email list.No bounce emails
4. Fresh list
5. Responsive list

I have bought two email lists from two different providers.One list was very unresponsive,or not in IM niche because I was getting 400 opens and just 2 clicks.It was bad provider. Second time I bought about 50k emails,and more than half was bounced,also top tier was 50%. I am tyred with all terible providers who wants to make quick buck. If the seller is good I am planning to buy many times and big lists.

You should just scrape your own lists. Scrape box and an email verifier would do it. An alternative is offer big bucks for someone else's list in your target niche.
