Clients are allowed to authenticate only one IP address which belongs to their PC or VPS VIA a web browser.

Really sorry but I have to admit subscribing to your platform is a mess. It has been now 2 weeks since I try to open 2 accounts on your platform.
You are not reactive, asking 3 time for my ID, that you already have.
You have make me loose way to much time and your customer service is slow.
I wanted to compare to SSL private proxy. Let s just conclude they win.

We do this when we detect fraud activities or similar.

Usually we do not delete client accounts but if you do not want to use our service you can send us a request for that.

I just bought your 40 shared proxies package ( Transaction #: 7P542010X6915303A )
I am using a custom Craigslist Scraper on an Amazon AWS EC2 Instance.
For that reason my IP is not my computer IP. But rather that server instance IP.
How do I authorize that IP? I can't seem to edit the 'authorized IP' since it only has a button to 'authorize' my computer's IP and not my server's.

and do you answer tickets on the weekend? Because your default COUNTRY is Sirlanka my order was caught as FRAUD. Really should be USA if that's where your selling proxies. Just close my account please!

It's based on the availability in most cases yes but from the available locations list which you'll only be able to see after purchase.
