i am going to sell my website. i have 1000+ u per day and adsense income too .. the problem is this is a comic meme website. traffic only through facebook from my fb page . can i successfully sell my website on flippa without google traffic ? pls suggest

The only way to know this is to put your website on flippa and see what kind of bids you get. I do not know whether is legal, but you may have to sell your facebook page too, since without the facebook traffic the website would be worthless.

You may want to write it in to the contract that the website is being purchased but the facebook page is being gifted to the buyer of the website. That way you don't breach the TOS of facebook.

I know this is an old question, but I'll respond to it anyways. The answer is yes, you should be able to sell it on Flippa. Of course, as has already been alluded to, you would have to bundle in the FB group if you want any kind of sizable return. The problem, however, is that depending on a third party, ESPECIALLY FB, for all of your traffic is an incredibly dangerous strategy. We've seen FB cut post visibility significantly in the past, and if they do it again, they could essentially wipe out the value of your website. This is why it is good to have a diversified traffic strategy. In this day and age, there are a multitude of social media networks to branch out into and utilizing more of these to drive traffic to your site could help you hedge any loss in traffic you get from a FB update that lowers your post visibility. Most importantly, doing this will increase the perceived value of your website should you decide to sell.

You've good amount of visitors, but since you've likes from only one source - FB and from Comic theme, you get interested buyer but they also demand FB page.
