7 elements are enough to make a perfect backlink?
I am looking for more ideas from all BHW members who are so skillful, experienced, creative, intelligent.

I just mentioned about the elements affecting to backlinks first. About the exact number (statistics), I don't have. This is the reason why I am looking for ideas from BHW members.

Link popularity: Link popularity refers to how many pages are linking to a particular page. If you are getting backlinks from pages that "high link popularity", then these will carry more weight than pages that have low link popularity.

Anchor text structure: It's too hard to explain, but you can see an FBGuru's example (below post).
