If you had the option to pay with bitcoin instead, would you?

Paypal of course, I'm not buying illegal guns.
Bitcoin is very unstable currency, I don't recommend it.

Paypal. Simply because I only have 43 cents in bit coins.

Nope. Paypal is convenient, I'd guess that 80% of people who shop online use paypal, which makes it an obvious necessity when selling any sort of internet based service or product.

As I'm more of a seller and not a buyer, I accept both - to make it convenient for both - Bitcoin and PayPal users. Since you asked about paying with Bitcoin (and not receiving payments), I would say I'd use PayPal for now. Bitcoin is certainly gaining ground and I can see it becoming something, but the way it's currently being used - PayPal all the way.

Then don't keep your money in bitcoin... as simple as that. Many bitcoin processors convert the bitcoin to USD to avoid fluctuation.....

People love to pay with PP it as much as they hate getting paid with it

I see no signature of him. As you can see he is a programmer, so might be he is looking for to release his new product and getting an idea of using multi payment system.

It is true that Bitcoin is not stable but it is more secure. If you are looking for more privacy, Bitcoin is better than Paypal.

I've been using Paypal for a long time now. And don't experience any issue ill prefer Paypal and that's what mostly Internet people used.

Nothing wrong with the question. Getting opinions from different people and sharing ideas is the whole point of a forum in case you hadn't noticed.
As for the question, I have always preferred paypal to pay, bitcoin is fairly new. Also, bitcoin rates are always fluctuating.

I prefer paying and receiving in bitcoins because it's anonymous.

I prefer to convert my PP to BTC :) Since i <3 BTC <3 And for buying stuff always PP and keep the BTC :)

If online retailers like E-Bay started to accept BitCoins I probably would use it more often but for now I'd have to stick with PayPal
