I've been hit!

So basically I started off with 1 main and 4 bots on same IP (using Followliker). Those 4 bots were promoting my main page, it was limiting to my growth, so I bought 30 accounts and 10 shared proxy's, after about 5 minutes ALOT of them got hit with either phone verification, password reset or just plainly won't work.

This is a two-part question, any help would be very much appreciated.

1) Is there any way I can verify the numbers online, using a service like pinger (which doesn't work for Instagram) or are these accounts officially gone and useless?
2) Since I bought these accounts, they were 5 days old and not very aged, are there any detailed tips in which I can avoid getting hit with these errors? I know I should be going slower, but does any one have any specific numbers?

Well shared proxy's cant be a good idea buy some private ones?

There are still some online phone verification sites, Which work. But I don't know if they work for Instagram.

Yeah I think you're right but I also used 5 accounts botting all on the same IP so as long as I change my FL settings there wouldn't be a problem?

So pretty much strictly private proxies? And how many accounts would I be able to use per proxy?

You can use 5 per proxy. But keep in mind that the more users you run per ip the bigger is the chance to get them all banned.
I run 1-2 accounts per proxy works great for me. If you dont care for the accounts and just replace them when they get banned then you should go with 5 per ip.

May I ask what settings you use? Also if you ever get hit with the phone verification? And if you do, how do you deal with it?
