How many views till my videos get featured in the "Popular on YouTube/Trending"? If I can get 10k HR views(real views) within 24 hours does my videos get featured?

What do you mean? Those 10K HR views are the result of promotion itself.

YouTube is not stupid, there are factors involved that depend on how many users have interacted with the video.

I know they aren't specially this days. So videos like "Giant Spider Dog" just went viral on its own.
