For those that are wondering about this service. I have used these comments (the bog standard PR4 and PR5 packages) and they've managed to rank my site on page 1, position 3 of Bing for my chosen keyword. The site is less than a month old so it's still in the Google sandbox at the minute. Regardless, it's well worth the money.

My order was for bulk 1000. Received my report few hours ago. The report is well organized. I've checked many of them and some of them have low OBL and others have high. Also many of them have pagination. The pages hold PR.

Bottom line: this is a cheap service and it stood with my expectations. It has value if you use it for the right tasks and in the right way.
