i recently joined mobile cpa network mobieaxxess and cpalead too.I read many strategies and guides for CPA offers but all are either blackhat methods or outdated.I don't have enough money to invest on advertising.So how and where can i promote mobile cpa offers(app download,email submit ) for free or very low cost ? I need some white hat strategy for cpa offers or even blackhat if those strategies still work.I am willing to give more than 12 hours per day.

if you meant desktop campaigns then i would suggest you either Peerfly or Maxbounty to start, they seem to have email submits, trials etc.

2. Pinterest + CPA

These 2 still works and you can make some money using CPA offers or PPD.

If your looking to take the paid way I say you need at least $300 budget for testing sources + offers.
Do not direct link to offers. Always create a lander and some creatives. In mobile what's hot right now is

Browsers
Battery Saver
Paid traffic sources are getting stricter on regulations so you'll have to become more creative with landers.
