Out of the 8 webpages only 1 didn't had my link.
PR was as promised (checked with seoquake).
PA from 1 to 29 and DA from 33 to 70.
OBL from comments was around 50 on most of them with a few exceptions that had about 20.

Turn Around: fricking fast. It took a couple of hours. 5/5
Quality: Considering how comments look on this pages, PR and PA I rate this at 4.5/5

I would say this is recommended, really satisfied with his work so far.
I checked manually the report and everything done as described (******** + actual pagerank etc).
The TAT is really fast and plus I found some links with low low low OBL.

The quality of comments are very good, I love that. No looks spam.

OP supplied 7 x PR4 and 1 x PR5 links. One didn?t have our link on it.

TAT was ultra fast. All links were placed on pages with genuine page rank and the OBL on all the pages are below 10.

The comments didn?t make completely sense to me but they are unique and as such ideal for SEO purpose.

This is an excellent service for high PR manual comments; highly recommended!

Got PR4 and PR5 links with good authority in an EXTREMELY quick matter of time. By the way, these are actually low OBL, not like others claim but the pages end up having pages of comments where yours will eventually drop off. Order from these guys if you want High PR low OBL comments.
