It works like a charm for local niches - don't tell me that yahoo crawl the links slow, because 2 days after I add a single backlink in over-optimized for the keyword article using the EMD as anchor the site is ranked #1 in yahoo. In fact this keyword have 20 monthly searches according bing's keyword tool. So

It's time to consider other point. For many of us is very hard to sell sites (at least for me), so let make the things simple and newbies friendly. @integrity101 ask me about keyword research and this is correct question that I skip too fast. If we have good keyword ideas, than will earn money easier. I mean if we have a keyword with let say 1000 monthly searches in bing and yahoo, it will bring a lot money with the correct monetization. So here is the way to find such keyword.

It needs microsoft account to access.
Which is the good keyword? The answer is simple - keyword, that have available EMD.
Let me show you an example - will do it again for local niche, but you can use any query. Will do a research for the word "restaurant London":
1. Check the strict box:
2. Export the results (do not sort or you will lost the relevancy). Now you have the idea for the exact monthly searches in yahoo and bing. What we search is results where the number of "Appeared in Search" is near to the result of "Strict impressions" - this is optional, but in my option this means easy competition.

Will bring targeted leads to business owners and they will want to pay you about $2-10/lead, but will skip them, becasue have better.
Now we have keyword ideas. It's time to check for available EMD. Have a free softwares here to check fast, but this is other free option: Go to your favorite domain name register. In my case this is godaddy. Copy the keywords, that you like the must. Click on bulk domain search.
Now you can see which EMD is available. I will bet on .com.
Now it's time to buy and optimimize the domain for yahoo. Check the main thread and will see for what I talk about. Create few contextual backlinks in over-optimized articles using the domain as anchor and smile in the next short period.
Let say we have vegetarian restaurants london - vegetarianrestaurantslondon.com . Type yahoo/bing/google the phrase and you will see tons of advertisers that are ready to spend few $100s for site ranked anywhere.
As you can see this is not bullshit thread. It is not created becasue I hate google! I will not buy the domain I found while writting!
Note: Bing's tool is not very accurate, but just like adwords eyword planner.
I know the smart guys, that learn something new from my thread will be quite, but please, wake up and suggest some twist or fix my errors!
