but what i need more?? what is the full team to do all the job

other question: i want to use unity for that, is this good choice

thanks, sorry my english so bad

have you got enough funds to fund this, that is really the first question, unless you can get friends to help you startup for free.

You have other options in terms of software:

CryEngine: http://store.steampowered.com/app/220980/
XNA Game Studio (free): http://www.microsoft.com/en-za/download/details.aspx?id=23714
Then, if you're really just starting off, there's Game Maker, which can be set up to support 3D and multiplayer mechanics:

In terms of a team, the basic team members seem to be highlighted nicely here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/547476/how-do-i-build-a-great-game-development-team

Give this a read too: http://gamedevelopment.tutsplus.com...an-indie-game-development-team--gamedev-12394

If you just plan on developing a small game, you could do that yourself.

If your plan is to start a serious business, that's a different matter.

You need to think about both front and back end development, UX, graphics, monetization, marketing, support, scalability, security.

And then there's the game itself - the likelihood of your first game being a hit is low, especially if you are going to start with a poker game. That's been done to death.

So your budget and plans should not include revenue generation for the first few games - you need to be able to fund yourself through the learning process.

I depends what your plans are:

How many people do you need in the team?
Are you going to have an office?
Are you going to be offering people permanent jobs?
What are the typical salaries in your country for the skills you need?
How long do you intend to fund the business for before you expect to be self-sustaining?
How much equipment do you need to purchase (computers, phones, desks etc.)?
What are your anticipated marketing costs?
How long is the development lifecycle for the first game?

If you have answers to those questions, post them here - and then I will be happy to provide some of the many other questions you need to think about.

OP, just forget this idea.

i think the most important question here is, Do you have enough fund to support this project? :)
You might wanna consult someone first with a lot of experience on software development to give you all the ideas you need.

It's something you don't wanna get in to without any knowledge on how to get out. Please don't get me wrong. :)
