First off all you will need "leads" . Leads are bunch of emails from specific country or they can be worldwide. Those leads must be found from the trust person so you know they are all active. Next thing you will need is an SMTP client. SMTP client is same thing as mailer. So basically you can send a bunch of email's with the same content to different persons.

SMTP is able to send from 10 - 10 M or more mails.

Make sure about your niche and do simple Google search on your niche. You can collect e-mails from facebook easily, if you send mail to their facebook mail id, it will dropped into their primary mail box.

A good way to gather a lot of emails is to use Harvesting. If u need this u can search on youtube "Harvesting emails with Linux"
As you can see Linux is required to use this solution.

there are plenty of things that you need to consider for legit email marketing which include the following

1. getting an email list , this can be done by creating squeeze pages or opt-in subscribe forms on websites
2. setting up servers
3. following CAN- SPAM ACT rules and regulations
4. trying to build a relationship with the list.

this is just a small outline and there is more to it than just these steps , its recommended that you read around.....
and research as to what you want to do and how do you intend to go about it rather than just shooting in the dark.....

having only software and email list doesn't make you an email marketer...

What kind of marketing ? Do you have leads ? What kind of leads WorldWide, Business, Organization leads ? If not first get some leads and SMTPS so you can send without limit.
