I am going to be honest, it appears that you either have multiple writers or the writer you have is starting to experience fatigue.

Most of the ten articles were pretty good, especially considering the cost but there was an article or two that provided no meat at all and was 100% fluff.

For example Lets say the topic was about "Basic car repair" the article talks about the importance of car repair, why you should repair your car but nothing about actually repairing the car. In other words, all fluff.

I told you that I am honest and I still like most of your work but I make it every easy for the writer to be natural and have some fun writing. I do not give keywords instead I give titles....

For example I ask your team to write about a title such as - "7 Reasons why Blue Widgets are Superior to Red Widgets"
Should make it easy to add some meat to the content. Please go over your writers work and make sure they are adding some value to the articles especially when I am ordering Web content.

And just like that the article was fixed and some "meat" was added to the content. MUCH MUCH better and adds some value to the article for the reader.
