Email Sending to old customers

I am looking for some help here, I work for a company selling generic pharmacy products and their website was taken down and they had a confirmed subscribed customer list of around 5k, now they have a new site but cannot seem to reach their customer database due to nature of their products their emails are filtered as spam, can anybody help?

well if they are real customers and domain is same then mails should land to inbox because of open history..

Why not send a generic email asking that they resubscribe or use a white listed sending service like AWeber?

As soon as we mention old website it's flagged as spam

forget old website..
select ESP - Aweber / Mailchimp / Sendgrid / getresponse

send email to your customers with previous website reference and ask them to subscribe again to your new website .if they are still interested thats good for you if not then forget that customers

I tried this with mailchimp but they flagged it as spam, I can't see a way to redirect our customers without telling them who we are

Just upload That data to aweber and Send a Regular mail to Subscribe again

I can send those email's if you allow to use SMTP's . It's not that expensive but really worth of buying.
