any easy to install and manage ecommerce WP theme?

Hello everyone .. I am starting an online dropship website and wanted to get your suggestion on what wordpress theme is suitable for a newbie like me , it should be easy to manage and customize .. I am no developer but I have reasonable tech skills .. can anyone give good suggestions .. i tried X theme but it goes over my head

The download link is dead.
I did a Google search and installed a shopperpress theme I found, but it says

"ShopperPress installed but not activated. Please CLICK HERE and enter your license key"

Does anyone have a working version?

EDIT: Damn, I forgot to put in the key of this post .......

Have you seen the themes from themeforest? Those are amazing and affordable! I've bought 10 themes from there myself. They offer great support, coding and design in their themes.
