Paypal from hell help

So i had a free unverified account getting few bucks in and transferring to my Payoneer card.

But on this shit website, I accidentally hit purchase of 3000 USD. No biggie because I just had 1 dollar in it

That transaction raised a flag at Paypal HQ which made it limited. Now its asking for social security number etc to get it back working. I don't have much cash but i need a paypal account.

Can I safely make a new account now and have it linked with my Payoneer bank account which was linked with earlier paypal account which has been limited?

Do I risk getting the new account banned/restricted again or is it safe?

If your Payoneer card is still linked to the suspended account then you will not be able to add the same card to a new account. You also can't remove the card from the old account while it's suspended, and even trying to add the card to a new account will probably trigger PayPal's security procedures.

Nope - most people don't read the horror stories. Also, PayPal is the 'must-have' if you're selling on eBay. Most of sellers only accept PayPal, so it's kind of a 'must-have' for buyers too.

Nobody wants to switch to alternatives just because it causes too many problems while doing so.

If you really need paypal then report stolen card to payoneer and order a new card this will cost you $12 or something like that!
Make new account when you receive your card and linked it to your paypal! (Y)
