serp jump up and today jump down

ive been chasing a local keyword over 1,5 year all i got this flutuative serp position on page 1 #5-#10 pos, so i decide to build my own pbn and put 1 link drip 3 days on every pbn homepage, and sudenly reach pos #1, after 4 days drop to pos #4 and today drop to page 2.

all pbn create on different ip, regis, email, theme, and so on....
pbn domain PR 3 and 10 post is index. pa/da around 10/12
keyword 2k ms often update with news.

any suggestion guys? should i remove these link or continue build pbn? my pbn suck? should i build link to my pbn to strong it up? social media maybe?

1) you need to wait because to make a decision based on a few days data is a terrible idea.

2) I think your anchor texts are fine as long as you have other backlinks that aren't as optimised.

A lot of times keywords descended from the second to the fifth page a day after publishing the link but after 5/10 days the keywords have gone up more than before.

Before reaching easy conclusions expects things happen.
