Need someone to fix my server

Hello,

I rent a server in server.lu

At first I was disappointed with the result. Later, I realized that the server works very well with autopligg software.

I run 7 autopligg software there.

Then it crash.

Then I can't even ssh. I cried

I reboot. I turn of turn on, doesn't work.

I use remote console to fix that. I can ssh. Yay....

But then I rarely use linux and don't know what to do.

So I need some smart people to fix that for $10.

If some Indians are willing to help me, it'll be a start of our biz together.

I use serverbuddies.com for server support $60 per month and they are great. That said I would put up a project on www.scriptlance.com you'll get someone fast and fairly cheap, I recently used a member neethu there and she did a great job moving my data to a new server.

Is the server still live? can you ping it?

Its a remote server so im guessing you mean, youve turned your own pc off and back on?

It could be anything down to a port on a switch moved into blocking mode, which maybe whats happened...

Why dont you contact your provider and find out.

I can ping it if the server is in "recovery console". So server.lu has this recovery console to install to fix things.

However on normal operation I can't even ping the server.

Usually your host provider should be able to help you out, even if it is not fully managed, they should get you connected and up running cause this is the basic service for the least.

Well I use server.lu.

Now I am reasonably happy.

There are many servers that do not care about spam complaint. If their customer service is so lame then we can only wonder how well they treat their customers.

Paying with paypal is save because they can't charge your paypal as easily as card.
