Illegal to Scrape Craigslist for Phone Numbers?

Well, it's against Craigslist TOS and it breaks several laws, so like someone else said, you would probably be better off simply putting ads up on Craigslist yourself, or invest in some "white hat" advertising, taking into account the amount of time you're going to spend scraping and sending messages to random numbers, the likely low amount of replies you'll get, and the potentially massive fines you might have to pay if the FTC gets you. Wouldn't do it, myself.

Its spam, stop trying to find a loophole. I hate spammers. If you want there service or to provide yours then contact them. Hire someone for $2 hr in India on a freelance site to do replies. Please don't spam cells. Its beneath you and they wont use your service. You can also hire a freelancer to make sales calls for you........

You realize you're on BHW bitching about SPAM right? Granted, it is spam but OP doesn't want your moral opinion. Leave that shit in church.
