i have some questions about ppi:
1. is it possible to get payment earlier from revenyou?
2. How can i get link to installation at mediakings?
3. How to get accepted at other ppi networks (amonetize and betterinstall didn't respond to my application)?
4. Are there maybe better networks for US traffic?

The best way to get accepted into amonetize is to add tzachi.amonetize on skype.he will give you a form to fill and you will have an account in a matter of minutes

skymonetizer.com: early payment by request, approve by automatically, rate for US 2$ per install, link to installer in to admin area.

I thought that the rate for US is $ 1.80 , is it now raised to $2?

1. I am also interested in knowing , if revenue offer early payment.

If I were you, I wouldn't even bother with media kings. Rates are very low and payments are late..

3. The other network I am with is Skymonotizer. Apply through their website.

4. For US traffic , Skymonotizer is so far the best I have seen.
