Very interesting thread. And thanks for the answer. It is a very good idea indeed.First of you will go for quantity over quality, and so far you are targeting a big niche with all the sub niches..basically you will be building an authority site.

who said he is not writing quality articles? You can combine both quantity and quality lol.

Imagine if you put in all that effort and your adsense accounts get banned, or your website gets hit with a site wide penalty. And don't say it does not happen.

Other than that... Good luck bro.
Why would his site get a penalty if he doesn't build any links to it?

@OP
How do you manage to write 70 articles in 2 days. It seems kinda impossible, how long were the articles and how did you write them so fast?

Any site can get hit with a penalty.

It was 89 articles in 2 days, and it was 2 days of non-stop writing.

They were all between 300-500 words long.

I'm certainly not trying to crash your thread, but there is something to be learned in that for a lot of people.

I love, and I mean L-O-V-E my huge hero articles that are thousands and thousands of words long - but 'sniper' 300-500 word posts (or articles) really can take you a far way as well.

It sounds like you've got a good thing going OP. As others have expressed, I hope that you have multiple revenue sources in mind. I know you said you had one other in mind, but I would also start working on another 2-3 in addition. I started monetizing my sites with adsense years ago and have since stopped of course, but in all that time I've seen a lot of good accounts banned for no extremely solid reason. Just... play it safe partner and good look.

You're off to a great start, that's for sure!

I thought it was 70 because you told you outsourced around 20.. anyways, wow.. you must be really fast writer and very knowledgeable in that niche. Any suggestion for creating content that fast? How is the quality btw?

Most of the articles I wrote took me less than a minute to research. This is because they were very simple terms.

Their quality is better than you would get buying articles, hence why i write my own.

I took a bit of a break from this for a few days, because I hurt my back, and couldn't write. Today I am hoping to add another 10 or so articles to the site.

Still waiting on most of the articles I added to be indexed/rank.

Are you going to build links to these posts as they are going to rise in volume over time?

That's quite a lot of serious and dedicated hard work, I think you should really try to mix in some SEO, I'm sure that will help you out big time in ranking easier terms which could help in terms of improving your income and achieve the target sooner. I wish you all the very best!

I am trying to build the site without doing SEO myself, and letting people share my page naturally.

Many of my post already actually have 5+ links to them in the course of a month, without me building any of them, I know 5 links is low, but these are all 100% natural links, and on sites I would not be able to get links on if they weren't natural.

I also get a lot of facebook shares, and twitter shares. Some of my post have gotten 100+ facebook shares in under a week, which is great.

that's great that you're getting natural social attention like that.

Very impressive work ethic, I'm excited to see your goal come closer to fruition. To helpinghand; it's not worth anything until he's consistently banking on it.

Update
Articles: 310
Average earnings per article per day: $0.0594470
Average earnings per article per month: $1.78341013
Average earnings per article per year: $21.4009216

Total average per year: $6634.28571

That was my average for the last week. I went through a bunch of stuff, so I dint have the time to keep building articles.

Almost all the articles are now indexed, but most are on the 3rd, or 4th page of google atm. I may start do do some minimal SEO to them to help them rank up.

It has still increased, but not as much as I hoped. I will keep going at it, and hope it keeps going up.

Looking good OP! You're a hard worker. Maybe the SEO work will bump up your $ averages.
Press on!

I have not posted here for a bit,

My CPC took a big hit :( went down from around 50c, to about 20c right now... No one is advertising in my niche atm.

Update
Articles: 339
Average earnings per article per day: $0.0290143291359097
Average earnings per article per month: $0.8704298740772905
Average earnings per article per year: $10.44515848892749

That being said. Over the last week, my average views have gone up by around 7%

Since the beginning of October, the CPC has been garbage, so this will probably be my worst month so far. That being said, there are always ups and downs, so I am not too worried about the CPC. This just means that I will need to put in some more work to have more articles.

You will also notice that since my last update I only posted 29 more articles, at around 2 per day. I have been really busy, so they have been posted in bursts of 4-10 at a time, then none for a couple days.

Still working on this, and I still think I can hit the 75k/year within 2 years. Right now my facebook following has gone up to over 4.5k, and when I post a link on facebook, it gets almost 1000 views to the facebook post and 200 clicks onto my website. The facebook page is currently growing by around 200 likes per week. I am hoping it will get to around 30k likes by the end of two years. (That is if facebook still exists.)

Good luck bro ! This is very interesting. Will be following this.

Would it be possible for you to outsource the articles at a cost of <26$? It would allow you to complete this journey in a fraction of the time, assuming your prospected earnings stay constant.

3000 articles is insane. I get pissed off after spending most of the day writing one.
