I've just tested YTR and everything seems to work just fine.
Are you running it on a VPS or through a VPN (or maybe using proxies?)
What's your operating system?
Do you have a good internet connection?

YTR still works.
However we'll be working on YTR v3.0 in the coming months, and all YTR 2.0 users will be able to upgrade for free.
