I was wondering which one is better if I want to get traffic from facebook.

either one will bring you traffic, the only thing is how fast you want to grow and how targeted is that traffic!

Depends on what you are doing, if you are just promoting links all the time, best to make a page. If you are looking to have more discussion and forum type activity then go for a group.

I tought the same but someone told me that groups are not worth the time and cant be monetized nowdays so I wanted more opionions on this matter. I also heard that groups gets deleted very fast by facebook but it didnt happen to me yet.

I have a 16k members group on "ADD FRIENDS" niche but I find it very hard hard to monetize it maybe is cause of the niche I picked or cause I need more traffic I dont know.

Is there any evidence to back this up or are you just making it up as you go? I understand images get shown much more than statuses in pages, but you're saying statuses with links get more news-feed coverage in pages than groups?

ADD Me FAST groups are pointless when monetizing, most of the people who join them are fake. They only join to get some friends on their profile to make their profile look legit.
