Has Anything Really Changed?

I've always loved this speech, especially so when backed with such a great song.

When listening to it, it really makes me think has anything changed since back then? Especially with what's going on in the middle-east, in Syria, Ukraine and in places all over the globe.

Anyway... thought it was worth a share for any of you guys that haven't seen it.

I'm glad you like it. It shows a lot about Chaplin's talent that he can go from slapstick comedy to a strong emotional speech so freely.
