Time to rethink my Tier 1/Web 2.0 strategy?

Hope everyone is doing well today. Earlier this week, I embarked on my tier 1 link building campaign. But I realize I have to be making a big mistake.

Currently, I have two Blogger blogs set-up, each with around 5 unique articles. I also have a bunch of other articles I wrote that I have saved in a Word Document.

My problem is that my Blogger Account is the same as my Google Account. Blogger is owned by Google, so I should probably be careful. I think that I'm leaving too big of a footprint here.

I plan on creating between 5 to 10 Blogger blogs each with around 5 high quality articles. The reason I choose Blogger is because of its high pagerank.

I would like to ask you all for your opinions.

1. Should I diversify my Tier 1s to different Web 2.0 services?
2. Should I make my footprint more secure? If so, how should I do that?

Please tell me how terrible my strategy is and provide some feedback?

1. Try to use as many different web 2.0 sites as possible, not just blogger, there are many web 2.0 sites. Use this big list of web 2.0 site's shared by ramanan.

2. Use different username on each web 2.0 site. Do not create them on the same day. Do not interlink the web 2.0's.

Your strategy is laughable. You need to incorporate more web 2.0 sites in your first tier because relying on or using Blogger exclusively is a recipe for failure.

I heard that Blogger has the highest Page Rank of the Web 2.0s. That way, I can get more high PR backlinks.

Despite this, do you still think I should use more Web 2.0s in my first tier?

Either way, thanks for letting me know. I have only set up two blogger blogs so far and have yet to set up my other Web 2s.

PR is not the "only" variable to look at, the more web 2.0s you have the better...

Definitely by using only one blogging platform is not the best idea even if they have a high page rank. Yes you may use the same blog platform for 3-4 articles but you need to use others as well, otherwise your links to the money site will be useless, their value will go down multiplied by the number that you've used. So as once as you use one blog platform, then use another one with a lower PR even (it doesn't really matter) the most important in this moment is the diversity. After getting the semi PBN you may start to push your Tier 1 with tons of Tier 2-3 and to get your network more strong and with higher authority. I hope that my 2 cents suggestions will clear your doubts.

These comments are laughable. You are not getting more high PR links as your blogger blog has a PR of fuck all.

What you should be concentrating on is links from different platforms and IPs for a very basic start.

I see, thanks for your suggestions. I'm now thinking I will set up my Tier 2s as follows

Blogger - 2 blogs
Wordpress - 2 blogs
Livejournal - 2 blogs
Weebly - 2 blogs

Hopefully with that my Web 2.0s are diversified. In my new proposal, I would only have 25% of my tier 1s invested in a single web 2 platform.

What do you think of this strategy

Edit: How many articles should each Tier 1 have? I'm thinking 4 or 5 is a good number, with 2 of them linking to my moneysite.

Yeah, only problem I see is that you aren't diversifying root domains.
