Ebay + Other sites = $$ ? One question

Not gonna bored you guys with details. I just want one simple question answered.

I want to dropship off Amazon to Ebay but there's a slight problem which is very common
Amazon's every shipped order cries out loud that it's shipped from Amazon with boxes and invoices bla bla bla and surly Ebayer don't like to fooled

How you do you work around it?
If I send as gift, will there be invoices or anything by which they can know that it's shipped from Amazon?

does sites like Newegg, Bestbuy, wayfair, do these sites attach invoices too (pardon me, never dealt with them) If so, what's their loophole?

Yes this. I used to do it when I used to order things from China, as people are also funny when something turns up in Chinese packaging.

OP, I have been dropshipping Amazon to eBay for two years and the first thing you can do wrong is listening to people who HAVE NEVER TRIED this. I encourage you to make threads asking for help from people who only have experience in what you are trying to do. If you don't, you will get tons of responses of people who think they know the logistics of the business and will cloud your chances of making money.

Every person who hasn't done it says things like, what about the Amazon box? What about the invoice inside? What about returns? What about when you are out of stock? Yet no one takes the time to try it before they knock it.

I have never received a negative feedback yet in two years of doing this. Why? Because I follow my guidelines, ship as fast as I claim and provide customer service. Even though the item may say Amazon on it, does the person care if they got it fast? No. As long as they get their item, you will almost never run into anyone who complains about where it came from. I know this because I make a living from it.

Send the item as a gift and there won't be an invoice. Simple.

If you say this can't be done, don't even waste your time posting. My top-rated seller account on eBay with a $50k selling limit says otherwise.

TOC of eBay actually allows this to be done, and mentions specifically Amazon I believe.

If a product gets sent to the customer, just click the 'gift' option under Amazon. If the product is shipped in the designated time (usually 1-3 days) & that customer is happy with the item (no damage, etc...), there is nothing they can do. If they file a dispute with eBay, it will get turned down if they mention, "It was dropshipped from Amazon."

As long as the correct product is shipped, along with no shipping damages, you have nothing to worry about. If they complain about it, just ask them, "Is your product exactly what you wanted to buy?" and they will always reply with yes as the answer.

***A little side note: Amazon TOC says the use of Amazon Prime is forbidden to dropship.... So there is a slight chance your account may get banned if it sees interesting buying techniques to all of the different addresses... but I've been doing this for half a year & am yet to get in trouble.***

Actually I also have done this (before my egay account was suspended) and I must say 98% of the customers actually are too happy to open the box. They do not care what label is sticked on the box. As long as you ship in the time range you have specified, you will not have a problem. If you need to phone call egay and they ask you what do you actually do and stuff like that, just say you are dropshipping from Amazon.

How do you figure out what to charge for shipping? I keep manually going into the shipping charges per order for amazon to see how much they will charge me so that I can charge the consumer?
is there a more efficient way to doing this?

What do you guys do if a customer wants to do a return or exchange(like for a different size/color)? Do you state in your auction that it can't be done or do you have them mail it back to amazon?
