How to check backlinks for free?

Can someone tell me the websites where I can check backlinks for free? Only ones I know of are majesticseo, ahrefs and opensiteexplorer and they all have a daily limit. Is there a good quality website where one can check backlinks for free?

I just checked it. It does not give any information. Just the links. There is a column for PR but it does not show the PR. When I clicked on referring domains, I got redirected to ahrefs!

Ahrefs.com would be a good tool also. But having a free account has limits but you can try and see the stats of your sites.

I just checked it. It's not free and the trial version allows to check only 50 backlinks.

I have used smallseotools.com to check backlinks for free. There are lot of other sites and tools available to check backlinks for free. You may choose any of them. But they have limited access.

Try to use this linux distro

https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Download#First_time_user.3F

(download Whonix-Workstation) Start the VM and use the majesticseo. Then shutdown the machine and clean all the cache (inside the folder of the VM you will find some recently created folders). After you clean the folders power on the machine again and use the majesticseo with another account again.
