Received an email as below from some marketing guy promoting their traffic exchange for publishers to make money based on CPM. Need some advice if you guys come across this before and how legitimate they are in terms of payment and potential to make money...

I've never used it. The CEO of the business and owner of the website is a man from India named Ashutosh Joshi (you can click his name to go to his Linkedin profile). I can't find any reviews about his website or service, so I would remain dubious if I were you.

yes, I did a few months ago. It is not the best CPM, but can compete with AdSense on pages or positions with lower click rates. I had to wait 2-3 months for the first payment and wasn't really informed about the cause of the delay.
