So, recently I decided to provide web design service for a client that i've found on kijiji. She agree'd and paid me via paypal. I started doing the website for her and we had a conversation via skype about the website design. I installed a theme she liked and customized it according to her wish. One day, I don't know what happened but after working on the website, Godaddy removed the nameservers from the domain name and prohibited access to their cpanel. I coudn't finish the website because of that. I asked her what's going on, she replied saying that Godaddy did this because of a copyright issue. That's kinda weird because the website wasn't even complete for someone to flag it. Now guess what? I tried to reach her, but she suddenly disappeared without saying a thing, I sent her msg via skype and to her email, but no updates. It's been like a week already now. I though maybe she will do a charge back, but that's not the case either...hmm whats going on?

Well at least she should of said something about it...Her website is incomplete, but she didn't chargeback.

it takes on average 2-3 weeks til paypal file charge-back on this money and you said is only been a week so you got 1-2 weeks to wait and see if that's the case

If she did charge back without giving a reason, I can always ruin her business's reputation. She doesn't seem like a person who will do that...Maybe something is going on in her life that is keeping her busy to reply to my emails. But it all happened right after the Godaddy suspension, which is also strange

Finally got a response by email, apparently Godaddy closed her webhosting account and she also lost her domain. How are they allowed to do such a thing so fast?

I know...I asked her to use servinio instead, but she bought the domain and hosting with Godaddy already.
Now she lost both of them...Good thing I have save a backup of the sql file so if she moves to a new hosting account, I dont have to start all from the beginning.
