Hey there Nissim, I was curious about your US payment service plans and i see that there is a 1% fee from your website on them. Is that fee tacked on to the user when they receive the balance or is that an upfront fee that the sender would have to pay?

Once the shipment arrives in your country, it is processed by your local postal system. Unfortunately Payoneer has no control over that.

We do support expedited shipping via DHL, however there is a fee in order to cover the added shipping costs involved.

Above is the most important point for some one which I knew with cost.

Two time I didn't received the card, later ordered by DHL. within 4 day I got it and everything smooth, but it cost me a lot.

There is no charge applied for a company sending funds to your US Payment Service. The 1% would be deducted once the funds are loaded to your Payoneer account.

I applied for Payoneer card, I reapplied for the application with ID card copy.
There is no response for approval status even after 45 days, can you please check and confirm ?

what's with all this negativity towards Payoneer? i'm guessing it's some personal beef...

i'm with Payoneer since the very beginning of my IM journey in 2008 and i yet to have any negative experience with them
not sure what's with all this not delivered cards either, all i can say it's not always Payoneer who's at fault, but it can be the postal service of your own country
i received quite a few cards from them already, around 5 so far w/o any problem
the shipping just got faster and faster with time, last time my card was shipped (from US to EU) in a week which included the back and forth with the customer support (because i lost the card and i needed a replacement), the issuing of the card and the shipping, which was standard not expedited

they provide a very stable service with reasonable fees, i would choose them over any other online payment solution any day

that's why they're in my signature and that's why i would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody

P.S. @jaymank: Some of the Paxum fees are higher than a kite!

I have got a wierd problem. I got the following email from paypal:

On Sep 22, 2014, we attempted to transfer from your bank account ending in ****. This transfer was returned by your bank on the reason below: This is an invalid bank account number.

The thing is.. I never tried to transfer money from my USPS account to Paypal. I am not sure why they tried to take the money from bank account. Can I get a new USPS profile with new information? Because paypal will not allow me add that bank account again.

Why can't I add the bank account to paypal? I'm trying it for almost a month. It just says "You cannot add a bank account at this time."
