Hi Guys

I need to hire a full time web developer to design Wordpress sites me and my clients. The work hours will be flexible and i will agree the pay with the person i find has the best portfolio and set of skills. They need to have a good understand of most web development languages and be a GREAT designer. I have alot of wordpress sites and i like there flexibility so Wordpress knowledge will be a big help. Also the money will be payed every month and i don't mind paying for quality. If you are only good as a designer that can make good Photoshop templates then send some of your designs and we can work something out.
